Este documento relata una investigación de carácter documental de experiencias propias de los autores a través de la docencia e investigación de campo por más de cuatro décadas, describe el papel del adminsitrador de negocios agroalimentares en la seguridad alimentaria. El documento está escrito dentro del orden que exige un ensayo en la técnica bibliográfica.
Este documento describe un estudio que pretende ayudar a establecer una cultura de Planificación Estratégica en las empresas agrícolas y contribuir así a la meta de aumentar las ganancias para los agronegocios propuesta a través del uso del Análisis Estratégico. Primero usando un análisis FODA para abordar los diagnósticos; el resultado de lo cual permite la generación de un plan estratégico para la empresa y, finalmente, el diseño de la propuesta de Balanced Scorecard.
This research delves into the underlying impacts of farmers' innovative entrepreneurship on agricultural and rural economic development in China, adopting a dynamic and spatio-temporal perspective. The study utilizes panel data encompassing 30 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) from 2015 to 2020, with a systematic consideration of diversified spatial weight matrices.
In rural areas of developing countries, more than 70% of the population still depends on agriculture. However, economic crises, unscientific land allocation and climate change issues have hindered attempted gains in agricultural productivity and related rural development outcomes. Technology-driven breakthrough has usually pushed agriculture to the brink of another development that can affect not only plant diversity and yield, but also climatological and socio-economic outcomes.
Future technologies and systemic innovation are critical for the profound transformation the food system needs. These innovations range from food production, land use and emissions, all the way to improved diets and waste management. Here, we identify these technologies, assess their readiness and propose eight action points that could accelerate the transition towards a more sustainable food system. We argue that the speed of innovation could be significantly increased with the appropriate incentives, regulations and social licence.
