Given the diversity and context-specificity of innovation systems approaches, in March 2007 the World Bank organized a workshop in which about 80 experts (representing donor agencies, development and related agencies, academia, and the World Bank) took stock of recent experiences with innovation systems in agriculture and reconsidered strategies for their future development. Este articulo busca sintetizar el proceso incesante de mejora en la organización interna del Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Agropecuaria, desde el fortalecimiento del sistema de extensión, hasta la internalización del enfoque territorial como estrategia de planificación y gestión del accionar institucional en la complejidad sistémica que caracteriza a los territorios.
Este articulo describe la sistematización de experiencias que tenian como idea inicial agregar valor a través del corte y limpieza del ajo, capacitando para ello a personas desocupadas. El proceso de sistematización se realizó según la Guía metodológica de Sistematización de experiencias de Desarrollo Rural elaborada por el Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca (2011). La nueva propuesta resultó más adecuada a las condiciones de trabajo reales, por lo que los objetivos planteados se pudieron cumplir en un plazo más corto.

En esta tesis se presenta una investigación que objetiva las nociones, métodos y estrategias de comunicación que se desarrollan en el sistema de Extensión Rural del INTA, y en particular en las prácticas de la Agencia de Extensión Rural (AER) de Monteros, que pertenece al área de influencia del Centro Regional Tucumán – Santiago del Estero y que interviene en esta zona por medio del Proyecto Regional Tucumán Sur.
El objetivo central de esta tesis, es diagnosticar el rol del INTA Concordia en la participación de un proceso de desarrollo de la localidad de Los Charrúas, en el Departamento de Concordia, Entre Ríos, en diálogo con los actores de la comunidad.
El presente trabajo pretende indagar sobre las decisiones productivas y, en particular, sobre aspectos tecnológicos como la actividad ganadera, la siembra de soja, el uso de nuevos materiales genéticos, el uso de agroquímicos (pesticidas y fertilizantes), el tipo de laboreo de suelo y las siembras consociadas en establecimientos familiares del sudeste de la provincia de Buenos Aires. The Sourcebook is the outcome of joint planning, continued interest in gender and agriculture, and concerted efforts by the World Bank, FAO, and IFAD. The purpose of the Sourcebook is to act as a guide for practitioners and technical staff inaddressing gender issues and integrating gender-responsive actions in the design and implementation of agricultural projects and programs. It speaks not with gender specialists on how to improve their skills but rather reaches out to technical experts to guide them in thinking through how to integrate gender dimensions into their operations.
This report tells the story of a gender pilot that was carried out in water users' organizations for irrigated agriculture in the Peruvian highlands or Sierra region. It was designed upon the request of Peru's ministry of agriculture, with the objective to strengthen the role of women in water management and to improve their condition as agricultural producers. At first, a gender diagnostic was carried out to better understand the different barriers that hinder the attendance and thus equality of participation of women in trainings and meetings.
The Government of Peru is committed to improving rural electrification coverage, aiming to increase rural coverage from an estimated 55 percent at the end of 2010 to 88 percent by 2020. To achieve this goal, the Directorate General of Rural Electrification (DGER) of the Ministry of Energy and Mines (MEM) has been implementing and executing the National Plan for Rural Electrification, prepared annually, based on the 2006 Rural Electrification Law, to extend service and attract participation of the population, local governments and electricity distribution companies.
